Airgun Design has been hard at work, they are long known for their quality and performance in each and every marker they have ever made. Tom Kaye president and owner of AGD is well known through out the paintball industry and is a genius when it comes to paintball and with this marker he has designed a marker that’s both beauty and a working machine.
The new version of the well known E-mag is basically the same design but with much new added features. The same great features such as hybrid, the magnetic trigger and manual mode all remain in the New Extremes however here are something’s that are new.
The magnet’s are still placed in the trigger frame, the strength of the trigger is very easy to adjust by simply removing or adding a magnet. The magnets give the trigger a crisp, clean pull unmatched by any other marker. But other companies have begun to follow in AGD’s footsteps by adding magnets to their triggers.
As well the selector switch remains in the same location as before. When the yellow molded pin is out and the E-mag is on manual it is in *HYBRID* mode which is a mix between the Automag RT and Electric Trigger. This is by far the best firing mode available with the E-mag. Electric mode gives it that light mouse click feel you have always wanted, and of course Manual Mode with that nice little bounce to get you shooting what seems a never ending string of paint.

The auto cocker thread’s were decidedly used because many paintballers already own cocker barrels and they are less expensive than the standard mag’s twist lock design. The removable breeches allow a player to decide on the way he chooses to play. The breeches consist of vertical feed, or warp feed. Both have their advantages to the way you get on your top game. To top this great marker off, its all aluminum. If you had a problem with the weight of the original E-mag, Tom has also addressed the problem by making the marker 1/2 the weight of the original. Which is a great improvement for you guys who didn’t get the E-mag earlier because of the problem.
If you are a tournament, recreational, or a scenario player this marker is highly recommended. If you want to lay down the paint at amazing speeds without skipping a beat, and look good while doing it, then the AGD Extreme is for you!
